Verint Systems steps forward to aid organizations during pandemic

The on-going coronavirus outbreak has indeed brought the complete world to its knees. Having no choice left, organizations across the globe are adopting the culture of remote working to keep their operations going. As per the latest news, Verint® Systems Inc., the customer engagement company, has reportedly come forward to aid organizations in their employee and customer related activities during this pandemic.

As per sources, Verint has partnered with The Ounce of Prevention, a non-profit organization in Chicago focused on early childhood education, to introduce a new collaborative online community that connects leaders, advocates, partners in response to coronavirus outbreak. Given that the ongoing pandemic is continuously disrupting the routines and lives of communities of the nation, non-profit organizations have adopted a different work culture to support those in need.

Based on the Verint Community Cloud, the rapid response community program is developed to help companies facilitate communication and coordination between employees and customer communities.

To help enterprises during this crisis, the company is also waiving the Rapid Response Community Saas (Software-as-a-Service) licensing fees for 90 days. To create communities within 10 business days,  the companies can start at any time till June with a minimum set-up charge.

Jon Allen, General Manager and Vice President, communities and web self-service at Verint said that organizations worldwide today are struggling to aid their customers due to work-from-home and remote home conditions. Owing to the same, employees, contractors, customers, and partners are challenged with easily accessing the resource and information they need in real-time, he added.

To aid organizations during this crisis, Verint has created a COVID-19 Community, for sharing information and connecting information among Verint customers, employees, and partners. The group enables members to share and find information about the virus, get details from numerous governmental agencies, get information from trusted research organizations, and share how other companies are managing in these difficult times.
