TransPerfect confirms launch of new dubbing and voiceover products 
The leading language and technology solutions provider for enterprises worldwide, TransPerfect, has made an announcement confirming the launch of two new products for the dubbing and audio recording industries, the TransPerfect Media.NEXT Dubbing Academy and Studio.NEXT.



Reportedly, the Media.NEXT Dubbing Academy has been designed as a professional learning program for teaching and developing next-gen dubbing and voiceover talent. The product helps in tackling problems associated with conventional training, which is the result of distributed geographical location.



The curriculum of the academy comprises 3-5 month online courses. It was developed by the Vice President of Media and Interactive Entertainment, Jacques Barreau, who is also the Dean of Dubbing at the academy. Barreau boasts of more than 20 years’ experience at media giant Warner Bros., where he handled the localization of numerous global studio features, like the Harry Potter series, Batman franchise as well as Star Wars: The Clone Wars.



The Studio.NEXT platform from TransPerfect utilizes recording-in-the-cloud technology, which changes the traditional model of the industry, by taking the studio to the actors. Through the platform, voicing talent would now be remotely available for attending recording sessions as well as create voiceovers of high quality directly on the cloud.
