Cloud services provider HostPapa takes over Canada-based LFC Hosting

Cloud services and web hosting provider, HostPapa, has reportedly announced its acquisition of LFC Hosting, a Canadian web host, for an undisclosed sum. As per sources, LFC Hosting was established in the year 1996. However, it was not until two years later that the firm started with its web hosting journey in Regina, Saskatchewan.

According to Robert Sauchyn, the CEO of LFC Hosting, the company has always been committed towards the provision of an extraordinary service to its clients. Sauchyn added that the company is thrilled to have found the appropriate partner to entrust with the elevation of that service to the next level by leveraging the exceptional scale and capabilities of HostPapa.

Since its inception, LFC has set up data centers in Montreal and Denver while continuing to provide low-cost web hosting solutions. The company has aided tens of thousands of users in the creation of an online presence at the global level. LFC offers both Do-It-Yourself and Do-It-For-Me domains, websites, VPS hosting, shared hosting, and colocation.

As per Jamie Opalchuk, HostPapa founder and CEO, the company is delighted to welcome LFC customers to the HostPapa family and wants to assure that the firm will be going the extra mile for guaranteeing their satisfaction with the company’s services. Opalchuk also congratulated the executives of LFC Hosting for building a fantastic firm with a loyal base of customers.

According to Andrew MacCorquodale, the Director of LFC Hosting, several of the team members of the company have already made the transition to HostPapa under the terms of the deal. This will help in the provision of continuity to several of LFC Hosting’s customers who have stayed loyal to the web host through its entire history, added MacCorquodale.

Once the transaction is completed, LFC Hosting clients can expect to see numerous performance improvements to their web hosting packages as part of HostPapa’s investment into the infrastructure of the company.
