On Friday, inaugurating its technology and innovation center in Scottdale, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was organized by the global digital services and consulting firm, Infosys. As per a press release, the permanent facility for the innovation center which will reportedly have a capacity of 500 employees will be inaugurated by 2020 in ASU’s Novus Innovation Corridor, south of Tempe Town Lake. As per reports, the Arizona State University Scottsdale Innovation Center at SkySong, situated at Scottsdale and McDowell roads will be the temporary setup for Infosys to carry out its operations By the year 2023, Infosys has said that it will get about employment for almost 1,000 individuals. Full-stack engineering, data science, the internet of things, autonomous technology and cybersecurity will be amongst the tasks that will be emphasized at Infosys’s Arizona Technology and Innovation Center. Gov, Ducey was also quite excited for a global leader in information technology like Infosys to relocate to Arizona. Furthermore, the release also stated that with the aim of allowing its employees to take education classes and complete degrees at the university, ASU and Infosys have entered into a partnership.
